As Project Manager, she plays a vital role in overseeing operations, administration, and project management, ensuring that TMP’s community-driven initiatives run seamlessly and efficiently. Ami’s strategic planning and execution help organize, facilitate, and streamline programs, maximizing their reach and effectiveness. She is instrumental in enhancing internal structures, improving workflows, and optimizing resources to support TMP’s mission. Ami is a certified Project Manager and Scrum Master, bringing extensive expertise in enterprise project management, stakeholder engagement, and process optimization. Her experience in structuring organizations for long-term success has been honed through years of advising C-suite executives—from innovative startups to Fortune 100 corporations.
