Our Focus
Mentorship
Teaching our youth of today life skills through large group discussion and small group interactions; agriculture duty and responsibility, and educational and cultural enrichment journeys both domestic and internationally.
"If the young are not initiated into the village, they will burn it down just to feel its warmth." ~African Proverb
Agriculture
It is our vision to be a food oasis, a beacon of hope,an inspiration in assisting our people in reclaiming our glorious agricultural and self -sufficiency traditions.
The Males Place lovingly offers direct access to fresh vegetables, fruits, and herbs for donations to program participants, seniors and underserved neighbors along the Beatties Ford Road corridor .
Social Justice
Life can only be understood backwards, but it must be lived forwards. Our youth experience their culture and gain valuable life skills through panel discussions and workshops. We believe in direct action and participation in open community hearings and conducting community forums that invigorate our local community.
They shall beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks. ~Isaiah 2:4
Cultivating Knowledge and Nurturing Skills
Youth participating in our organization will experience an increased knowledge of culture and nutrition. Through holistic methods of training and learning, we inspire the youth to learn and develop into leaders.
