The Males Place Board provides vital leadership, expertise, and oversight to ensure the organization fulfills its mission to empower African American boys ages 12-18. The Board is responsible for financial stewardship, policy setting, and hiring the Executive Director, who oversees daily operations.

Aligned with our mission, the Board supports holistic youth development through programs that incorporate education, mentoring, life skills training, and cultural enrichment. We are seeking passionate individuals to join our Board.
