At The Males Place, each Kingdom is guided by an adult Mshauri—Swahili for Advisor—who serves as a mentor, leader, and supporter for the young men, known as Warriors. Elders play a vital role in supporting the Mshauris, offering wisdom and experience to help guide the Warriors on their journey to manhood. Together, Mshauris and Elders provide mentorship through hands-on activities like gardening and manhood training, fostering confidence, discipline, and essential life skills.
